The clinics themselves are high-tech, spotless, and incredibly professional—the views from the 27th floor of the RAK clinic are absolutely amazing and truly help to keep you calm! What is even more remarkable is how they accommodated my tight schedule, as I was only in RAK for just over a week: • Feb 7th: My journey began with a consultation, X-rays, and photos with Marwan. I also had a cleaning with Dr. Zahra, a fabulous and gentle hygienist who was perfect for a nervous patient. • Feb 8th (The Prep): I had a marathon 6-hour prep session with the incredible Dr. Al, supported by Daisy at the RAK clinic. Dr. Al was nothing short of amazing—he was gentle, considerate, and my welfare and comfort were clearly his top priority throughout. They fitted my temporaries that same day, and the craftsmanship by Dr. AA on my crowns was exceptional. • Feb 11th (The Result): Just four days later, I went to the Dubai clinic for the final fitting (approx. 3.5 hours), where I was wonderfully supported by Jo. The coordination was faultless thanks to Rania on the reception team, who has been an absolute star. Even now, days later, the Doctor is still asking Rania to check in on my progress. I also felt incredibly supported by Dr. Houssam and the entire staff. The result is life-changing. I am no longer embarrassed to be on camera for work or to smile for photos. If you are a nervous patient or on a strict timeline, please trust this team—they are kind, professional, and truly the best. Thank you, Julphar, for giving me my confidence back!

My tooth extraction was done in a very professional and smooth manner—honestly, the level of care and skill is rare. You may find one or two dentists in a hundred like him. This is my first time visiting this clinic, but I felt the professionalism and enthusiasm from the receptionists to the nurses. When I was examined and diagnosed by the doctor, it was excellent. The doctor checked and consulted very thoroughly. The procedure for my dental filling was painless and very comfortable. I highly recommend coming here — it will not disappoint you.

I did my veneers with Dr. Mohamed Hassoun and I honestly couldn’t be happier. He’s so friendly and professional, and even the temporary teeth looked perfect before the final veneers. He’s very precise and makes sure everything is done exactly right. Now my veneers look completely natural, the color matches my teeth perfectly, and I don’t even feel like I have veneers.
